an encrypted proxy for invited users. its tls layer is set up to look like a connection to an unrelated public website. the operator creates accounts; there is no public sign-up.

the proxy keeps traffic totals per account, which it needs to manage accounts. it does not record destinations or traffic content. ordinary system and web server logs are kept for security and troubleshooting. the hosting provider runs the network this server sits on and can see connection metadata.

bittorrent traffic and connections to private ip ranges are blocked by the routing rules.
